Board Admin and Help

I've been a member of this forum for a while now,but have never bothered with an avatar picture.
I think it's time I had one.
I'm not sure what to do though.
Can somebody please advise me what I should do.

Deleted photos

On a couple of posts that in place of photos there is a message saying that the photo or video has been deleted by, I think, Photobucket. Is there any way of seeing what these photos were and why they were deleted?

When posting a picture in Topics please use the 'Preview' facility before clicking on 'Add Reply' to ensure that the picture fits within the frame.
If it does not - please reduce your picture accordingly.
I have had to do this for some posts on a few occasions recently and, to be quite honest, it is becoming a bit of a drag so - come on gang - gerragrip.
