How to post a 'clickable' link.

1. Highlite the link that you wish to post and 'copy' it.
2. Go to where you are typing your message.
3. Select the 'Insert Hyperlink' icon from the list of icons above the 'typing' area (the one that
looks like sunglasses just to the right of centre).
4. Select the top option from the 'Insert a link' drop down menu i.e. 'url' and 'paste' your link
in the box NOT including 'http://' which is already...

odd date problem

Yesterday I posted something in the game thread, the date yesterday was 26th,but the board said it was Tuesday 24th, so what,s going wrong?

When posting a picture in Topics please use the 'Preview' facility before clicking on 'Add Reply' to ensure that the picture fits within the frame.
If it does not - please reduce your picture accordingly.
I have had to do this for some posts on a few occasions recently and, to be quite honest, it is becoming a bit of a drag so - come on gang - gerragrip.

I don't think that I have ever had any success when using the SEARCH option on this site. What am I doing wrong? For example, today I wanted to follow up a mention that Nigel Kneale's Stone Tape had been discussed on another thread, so

1) I went to SEARCH

2) Typed stone tape in the search strings

3) disabled case sensitivity

and - as...

Some web addresses are extremely long and if you want to put these addresses onto this board, it is more than likely your link will go off the page.
A quick and easy remedy to this is to go to this site and get it shortened before you post your message

Whenever a post has the figure 8 followed by a closed bracket then you end up with the guy in shades -

To ensure that your post looks as intended all you need to do is leave a space between the 8 and the closed bracket - 8 ).

Easy ain't it?
