Just take a look. I puzzled over LGBT for a while until a friend from Bletchley Park put me right. But now we seem to have an addition in that Q has joined them.
I thought Q was a character from a James Bond film - but no it apparently stands for %!**%. So now the letters take up neraly twenty percent of the alphabet.
At this rate there won't be anything left for the kiddies' wooden blocks.
Now am I getting confused here? - I'm managing to cope with gender fluid. A case of gender flowing from a Pic n' Mix counter, the likes of which were once seen in Woolworth. But "binary" is a thing I only know and remember from algebra lessons in school where the Masters baffled me with binary equations.
But then it's not binary apparently - it's bisexual. So what's the difference between binary and bisexual? Will someone enlighten an old dinosaur like me?
But excuse me if I'm being ultra thick here but the recently added "Q" stands for %!**%. %!**%? What? Wasn't this word outlawed on pain of prosecution by the "Gay" lobby some years ago? But now they want it back apparently? So where does %!**% fit into the now legalised workld of "Gay" and what the hell is someone who is %!**%? Apparently neither gay OR lesbian?
I have to admit I'm getting confused by all this alphabet soup. I stand to be enlightened.
It's a funny old game, Saint!
