Now found: Home Service . Monday Nov 20th 1950. ( I was just eight but distinctly remembered the Irish accent. It was Noel Purcell.)

Seeing the name ted Kavanagh jerked another memory for me. I could have sworn Ted Kavanagh was a vaguely remembered impersonator who was known as "The voice of them all". I recall hearing him on Variety Bandbox and Workers' Playtime. But a bit of research showed me I was wrong.
It was Peter Cavanagh who was the impersonator and I dont think he's ever been mentioned on here previously?
Anyone remember him? I just found a clip of him on You Tube. Amazing what turns up there. Originally from British PathÃ©
