Yes, that is a good one. Lots from Sheffield, which seems to have been one of the main regional hotbeds of Fifties theatre. I've quoted a couple of the Age Concern ladies talking about the old Playhouse in Sheffield and Patrick McGoohan on mysite. theatrical-mcgoohan.mysit...page1.html
Another good one is based in Bristol. This one has had some archive photo's added recently. This photo looks to me like Patrick McGoohan on the far left in full 'old man' makeup. www.bristol.ac.uk/theatre...000079_001 He seems to have liked playing old men....... if you recall his turn in Columbo's 'Identity Crisis'...... |
