Did Elsie and Doris Waters as 'Gert & Daisy' have the catchphrase "let's get on with it!" or was it Nat Mills & Bobbie who said it or even someone else?

Welcome to the site.
It was Nat Mills & Bobbie who had that particular catchphrase. Apparently, it was something they picked up from hearing a works foreman say it repeatedly, when they were getting ready for an edition of Worker's Playtime in South Wales. They used it in the show and got such a huge response that they used it from then on.

Thanks for your reply. The copy of the poster will certainly stop any arguments.
