Has anyone been in hospital for Kidney stones?, the reason I ask is this One of my bosses at work, went into hospital yesterday morning because she has Kidney Stones.

I was watching the film "The Music man" on tv the other day,and I wondered was it the first ever film to include Rap music in a song?

I was watching "The Music Man" it was on BBC2 on Monday and I thought that Robert Preston looks like Gordon McRae, I wonder if they were seperated at birth?

I've had kidney stones. Worse than having the Rolling Stones. The pain is unbelievable - I thought it was appendicitis. It was so bad at 5am in the morning that I dialled 999 for an ambulance. The most painful 24 hours I can recall - I think they might have given me 1 kilo of morphine. I was supposed to go and get it/them zapped by laser just after Christmas (it happened just before - thanks Santa) but by the time it came to have them zapped they'd vanished. (thanks again Santa) Lord knows how - I certainly never felt them going and I'm damn sure I would for on the x-ray they looked to be about the size of an M&M. The only thing I learned was that ANYBODY can get them - you don't have to do anything to deserve them. So the next time you're on the naughty step just remember it could be a lot lot worse - you could be on it with kidney stones!!

Are you really quite quite sure that you don't need your eyes testing with all these people you seem to think look like somebody else? Gordon McRae and Robert Preston don't look anything alike and he isn't rapping in The Music Man either.

My mother-in-law has her kidney stones in a little jar.
Strange coincidence really because recently we saw the episode of Friends where Joey has kidney stones and he's waiting to pass them. I've heard it's just so very painful for men when that happens - or it could just be yet another wimpy man thing of course.

No Jelly I didn't misunderstand your question at all. There was no rapping in Music Man. I know what song you are referring to but it isn't rap.
