I certainly remember (very vaguely) some character saying "Wotcher Tosh" on the radio (sort of spivvy voice like Arthur English) many times. Did he have some connection with Arthur Haynes? I know he had a coonection with Charlie Chester (Stand Easy)?
I can find very little but "Wotcher Tish, Wotcher Tosh" is tickling my subconscious. Can anyone a bit older than me throw any light on Len Marten? (And his catchphrase above?)
